You get your orders on Whatsapp, but what if someone added products to the cart and not purchased those or missed them because of poor network or any other issue. we have Order features to see all orders which contain all order details with customers details so you can contact customers to confirm an order. also, you can generate an invoice for any order.
The Live order section is very handy when you want to manage orders, it has three sections,
1. Pending - to see the order on the queue which are not accepted by the seller,
2. Accepted- drag orders from Pending to Accepted to accept and process the order.
3. Done- drag from Accepted to Done once an order has been delivered.
